Question by : Fast effective ways to lose weight?
Okay, so Im 15 years old, Im 163.5cm tall and I weigh 64kg’s. Im bottom heavy (which means I put on weight on my thighs, bum, hips and stomach the most). Im terrible at running as I have bad knees, so I dont really workout very much at all, although I eat pretty healthy. Does anyone know any easy ways I can lose weight on those areas without changing my life completely? (And please don’t just say “Your only 15, you dont need to worry about your weight”). Please help!
